Understanding the order flow in RepSpark
The order flow process in RepSpark guides your orders from submission through approval and ERP integration, ensuring accurate order processing and tracking.
When you submit an order in RepSpark, the system handles several behind-the-scenes processes to ensure your order is properly processed. This includes potential approval workflows, order splitting based on specific criteria, and communication with your ERP system to validate the order.
Order Statuses
- Draft: In draft status, the order hasn't been submitted yet. You can still make edits and changes to orders in this status.
- Submitted: In submitted status, the order has been placed. All edits will need to go through the sales representative or customer service representative at corporate.
- CustomerService: If your order is in CustomerService status, it needs to be approved by someone at the brand.
- Sent: In sent status, the order has been submitted from RepSpark to the company's ERP system. All edits will need to go through the sales representative or customer service representative at corporate.
- Valid: In valid status, the order has been submitted to the company's ERP and confirmed back as received and valid. All edits will need to go through the sales representative or customer service representative at corporate.
Common issues and solutions
My order is stuck in "Sent" status
This typically means the ERP system hasn't yet confirmed receipt of the order. Wait 30 minutes and refresh the page. If the status doesn't change within 24 hours, contact support.
My single order was split into multiple orders
The system automatically splits orders when they contain products with different embroidery requirements or ship dates. This ensures each portion of your order is processed correctly.
My order was denied during approval
Orders denied during approval return to "Draft" status. Review the denial reason provided, make necessary adjustments, and resubmit.
I don't see my recent order in My Orders
Check if your order is still in "Draft" status in your Cart page. Only submitted orders appear in the My Orders section.
