RepSpark Flow is a comprehensive update to the wholesale B2B ordering platform, designed to streamline operations and enhance the ordering experience for brands, sales reps, and retailers. This guide will help you get started with the new interface and understand the key improvements to come. 

Overview

RepSpark is a wholesale B2B ordering platform that enables brands to manage their sales operations, process orders, and connect with retailers. The platform facilitates everything from product browsing and order placement to invoice management and payment processing. RepSpark has spent 15 years helping companies to build and grow their wholesale operations. RepSpark Flow is a new endeavor to revamp and overhaul our platform, with all of the invaluable lessons learned from all the brands over the years who have trusted us with their wholesale business. 

What’s in RepSpark Flow? 

RepSpark Flow introduces a modernized interface and enhanced features while maintaining the core functionality you rely on to power your wholesale business. The new version operates alongside RepSpark Legacy, allowing you to toggle between experiences as needed during the transition period. To see how to toggle between Flow and Legacy, read more here.

Order Flow - Products Page

The products page is the most visited page in RepSpark, and represents the beginning of the shopping experience for both sales reps and retailers. This is where you start your orders, browse products, and start to plan your drops. 

  • Easily browse, filter, and search products and view inventory availability 

  • View products in list or grid layouts

  • Access wholesale/retail pricing, inventory, and product details

  • Start a new order or add products to an existing order easily 

Order Flow - Cart Experience

Once you’ve created orders in your order group, continue to the cart experience. There’s multiple cart views for different scenarios and preferences, with the cart flexible and performant to support large volumes of products and orders within an order group. Create, manage, and plan up to 18 orders in a single order group - and submit one, a selection, or all of them at once. 

  • Orders View: Detailed individual order management, add customizations or decorations to products in your cart 

  • Pivot View: Spreadsheet-style for quick quantity entry, with a compact view to maximize the number of products shown on a single screen 

  • Summary View: View only, category-based consolidated totals across all orders in an order group 

Order Flow - Review and submission 

  • Review your order with customer specific pricing, accurate delivery windows, and real time inventory availability 

  • Submit your order against your ERP’s data for accurate order details 

  • Once the order’s submitted, quickly start on your next task, whether it’s ordering for the same customer, placing the same order for another customer, or viewing and managing orders within RepSpark 

  • Automatic notifications will be sent to both the sales rep and the customer, along with a downloadable PDF with all of the order details. Each user has the ability to set their notifications preferences for which order notifications they’d like to receive. 

Order Management

  • View all submitted and draft orders

  • Re-enter draft orders to pick up where you left off 

  • Filter by order status, date, and other properties

  • Manage order groups and multi-date orders, duplicate and delete orders or order groups 

Assortments

  • Assortment Creation: Create assortments easily with our new assortment builder. Leveraging the Products page and filters, enter Assortment Mode to easily add and remove products in your assortment. 

  • Assortment Ordering: Ordering from an assortment has never been easier. Your customers can enjoy multi-assortment shopping; adding products from an assortment happens right on the Products page, and with the always-on cart, buyers can add from multiple assortments into the same order. 

  • Assortment Management: Manage all your assortments from one easily place. Reorder your products in an assortment with our intuitive drag and drop reordering, set cover photos, set permissions, and more.
