Setting up your user profile

A complete user profile helps you manage your account settings and store information in RepSpark.

How it works

Your user profile contains your personal information and store details that RepSpark uses to customize your experience. Keeping this information up to date ensures you have access to all that RepSpark Community has to offer. When you request access to a new brand, it'll also make it easier for brands to recognize who you are and approve your request. 

Before you start

Make sure you have the following:

  • An active RepSpark account
  • Admin access for your store (if updating store information)
  • Your business details ready (store name, address, website)

Steps

Step 1 - Access your profile settings

  1. Click on your user icon in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Select Edit profile from the dropdown menu

Step 2 - Update your personal information

  1. On the Profile Settings page, find the About you section
  2. Enter or update your full name
  3. Select your country code and enter your phone number
  4. Click Save to store your changes

Step 3 - Update your store information

  1. Scroll down to the About your store section
  2. Enter or update your store name
  3. Enter your store's physical address
  4. Add your store's website URL
  5. Select your business vertical and category from the dropdown menus
  6. Click Save to apply your changes

Common issues and solutions

I'm getting a persistent error message when I log into Community that my profile is incomplete. How do I fix this? 

  • This error shows up when your profile is missing some information. Make sure to fill in all of the fields above and save your profile to fix the error.
