Requesting Access to a Brand in RepSpark.
Overview: This guide explains how to request access to a brand in RepSpark, what happens when a request is pending, and how to follow up if you're still waiting for approval.
1. How do I request access to a brand in RepSpark?

Login to RepSpark.

Navigate to the My Brands tab.

Use the tabs: New, Trending, or All Brands to browse.

Or use the Search Bar to locate a specific brand.

Click Connect on the brand you wish to request access to.
2. Why am I being asked for a customer code?
When you click Connect, a pop-up may appear asking for a Customer Code.

If the code is marked Required:
You must provide a customer code to request access.
→ If you don’t have it, click the (⋯) icon in the top right corner of the brand tile to view contact information. Contact the brand directly to obtain the code. -
If the code is marked Optional:
You can still proceed by clicking Request Access without entering a code.
3. What happens after I request access?
Once you request access:

The brand is notified of your request.

The brand will need to create your profile on their end before access is granted.

You must wait for the brand to approve your request.
4. My request is still pending. What should I do?
If your request has been pending for a while:

Follow up with the brand directly – They are responsible for approving access.

Use the (⋯) icon on the brand tile to find their contact info (if available).

5. How long does it take to get access?
The timeline varies depending on the brand. RepSpark does not control brand approval timelines. If it's been more than a few business days, we recommend following up directly with the brand.
