Order Reports - Calculating totals and prices including canceled units

Default setting now for Order Reports - calculations of orders will also include the quantities and prices of units that were canceled from the order. This will provide a full picture of the order and the units that were associated with the order. Please see the screen shot below where it breaks up the order and shows the Order Totals, the Canceled Units, and the Net Ordered along with the pricing totals for each aspect.
