How to download product images from an order
Download multiple product images from an order as a single .zip file with high-resolution images ready for ecommerce use.
How it works
The Download Images feature lets retailers, buyers, and sales team members retrieve all product images from an order in one click. This eliminates the need to download images individually and provides web-ready images that can be used on retailers' ecommerce sites.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Access to the submitted order you want to download images from
- You can only download images from an order that has been submitted already
- Sufficient storage space on your computer for image downloads (images are high-resolution)
Steps
Step 1 - Open the My Orders page
Navigate to your orders list and select the order containing the product images you want to download.
Step 2 - Select "Download Images" from the dropdown menu
From the dropdown menu that appears, click on "Download Images".
Tip: The system will begin preparing a .zip file containing all product images in the order. This may take a moment depending on the number of images.
Step 3 - Save the .zip file to your computer
Your browser will prompt you to save the .zip file. Choose a location on your computer where you want to save the file.
What you get
- A .zip file containing all product images from the order
- All images are downloaded at 1500×1500 resolution, 96 dpi
- All views of each product are included
- Alternate colorways are not included in the download
Common issues and solutions
Issue: Download takes a long time
Solution: Large orders with many products may take longer to download. Wait for the process to complete. If it fails, try again when network conditions improve.
Issue: Images aren't the right size for my website
Solution: All images are 1500×1500 pixels at 96 dpi, which is suitable for most ecommerce platforms. You may need to resize them using image editing software if your platform requires different dimensions.
Issue: Can't find the downloaded images
Solution: Check your browser's default download location. The file will be a .zip archive that needs to be extracted before you can access the individual image files.
