How do I reset my password?

Follow the steps below if you've forgotten your password. 

How it works

The password reset process sends a secure link to your registered email address. This link allows you to create a new password for your RepSpark account without needing to remember your old password.

Before you start

Make sure you have the following:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Your email address that's associated with your RepSpark account

Steps

Step 1 - Access the password reset page

  1. Go to the RepSpark login page
  2. Click the Forgot your password? link below the password field

 

Step 2 - Enter your email address

  1. Enter the email address associated with your RepSpark account
  2. Click the Continue button to request a password reset link

Step 3 - Check your email

  1. Open your email inbox
  2. Look for an email from RepSpark with the subject "Reset your password"
  3. Click the Reset Password button in the email

Step 4 - Create a new password

  1. On the Create New Password page, enter your new password
  2. Ensure your password is at least 12 characters long and meets the strength requirements
  3. Click Continue to save your new password

Step 5 - Confirm successful password change

  1. A confirmation screen will appear when your password has been successfully changed
  2. Click Proceed to sign in to log in with your new password

Common issues and solutions

Didn't receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes as emails may be delayed
  • Request another reset email if needed

Reset link has expired

  • Reset links are valid for 24 hours
  • Return to the login page and request a new reset link

Password requirements

  • Password must be at least 12 characters long
  • Include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
  • Avoid using personal information or common words
