I Created an Order in Draft Status but I Can't Find It
If you’ve started an order in RepSpark but can’t locate it, don’t worry—this article will guide you through steps to find your draft order or understand what may have happened to it.
Step-by-Step: How to Find Your Draft Order
1. Login to RepSpark
Start by logging into your RepSpark account.
2. Select the Brand
Choose the brand you were placing the order with.
3. Navigate to “My Orders”
Click on the My Orders tab at the top of the page.
4. Check the RSK# Drop-down Menu

If your order is still in progress, click the RSK# drop-down and select Add Products to continue working on it.

If your order is ready for checkout, select Cart.
Still Can’t Find the Order?
It could be due to filters or an unsaved draft. Try the following steps:
Adjust Your Filters

Date Range
Set the date range to when you created the draft order.Tip: Set it earlier than you think, just in case.

Clear Filter Fields
Ensure all text fields are empty so you’re not filtering by:-
Order number

Cross Reference ID
- Customer Name
-
PO number
- Order Name
-
-
Status & Order Type
-
Set both to All.

Make sure no checkboxes are selected under Status or Order Type.

Microsite Orders
-
If the order was placed via a microsite, check the box labeled "Microsite Orders Only."

Did You Save the Draft?
If you didn’t save your draft before navigating away, it may not have been created or stored in the system. Unfortunately, unsaved drafts cannot be recovered.
