This guide walks you through ordering products from a microsite on the RepSpark platform.
Before you start
- Ensure you have microsite access: you might have to be invited by the brand in order to gain access to the microsite.
- Check that the ordering window is open
- Have your microsite code ready (if required)
- Note whether the site uses currency or points
- Some microsites might have limitations on how many products you can order from each package. Be sure to follow the ordering instructions that the brand has outlined.
Steps
Step 1 - Storefront home page
Scroll down to the packages section on the microsite homepage. Click "Order Now" on your desired package.
Step 2 - Browse Packages
Browse the products page. Click any product to view colors, sizes, and detailed information.
Step 3 - Add to cart
Click "Add to Cart" to add your selected item. You'll see a confirmation once it's added.
Step 4 - Review your cart
Navigate to the cart page to review your order. Adjust quantities, sizes, or remove items as needed.
Step 5 - Check out
Click "Proceed to Checkout" and complete your information. Enter your microsite code if prompted.
Step 6 - Place your order
Complete any payment information, if required, and submit your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
