How Do I Request Changes or Inquire About an Existing Order in RepSpark?

Overview Need to request a change or get more information about an order you've placed through RepSpark? This guide explains how to find the correct contact information for your brand, where to view order details, and how to reach out for support if you're unsure who to contact.

 

 How It Works

  • A: Find Your Brand Contact in RepSpark

    • Go to app.repspark.com and log in.

    • Locate the brand tile for the brand you ordered from.

    • Click the three-dot menu (...) in the top right corner of the tile.

    • You'll find customer service or representative contact information for that brand.

  • B: Find Contact Info from Your Order

    • Log in to RepSpark.

    • Select the brand associated with your order.

    • Navigate to the My Orders tab.

    • Use the dropdown associated with your RSK Order Number.

    • Click Review to open the order.

    • At the top of the Order Header, you’ll see your brand's contact information on the top right side.


What Changes Can I Request?

You may request the following updates or inquiries regarding your order:

  • Cancel an existing order

  • Change or update order details

  • Add or modify logos or decoration instructions

  • Request tracking or shipping updates

  • Inquire about delivery timelines

Note: All changes are subject to your brand’s policies and availability. Be sure to contact them as soon as possible.


 Can’t Find the Contact Info?

If you're unable to locate your brand’s contact information:

 Please email RepSpark Support at support@repspark.com for assistance.

When contacting RepSpark Support, include the following:

  • Brand Name

  • RSK Order Number

  • Details of your request (e.g., cancellation, logo change, shipping inquiry)

We’ll help connect you with the appropriate brand representative.


💡 Pro Tip

Your brand's contact info is often available in both the brand tile and within each individual order. Checking both can ensure you’re reaching out to the most current and relevant contact.
