How to view tracking information on an order
Access shipping and tracking information for your orders to monitor delivery status and share details with customers.
How it works
RepSpark provides easy access to tracking information once your order has shipped. You can view tracking numbers directly from the Invoices section, allowing you to monitor shipment progress and provide accurate delivery information to your customers.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- An order that has been processed and shipped
- Access permissions to view invoices in the system
- The order has tracking information assigned (orders that haven't shipped yet won't have tracking details)
Steps
Step 1 - Navigate to Order Status/Invoices tab
From the main navigation menu at the top of your screen, click on the "Order Status/Invoices" tab.
Step 2 - Select "Invoices" from the left sidebar
In the left sidebar menu under "Filters," click on "Invoices" to view the list of all invoices.
Step 3 - Locate your invoice in the list
Browse through the list of invoices to find the one you're looking for. You can use the search filters if needed.
Step 4 - View tracking information
The tracking information is displayed directly in the invoice list in the "Tracking" column. For more detailed information, you can click on the invoice number to open the invoice details page, where you'll find the full tracking number under "Tracking Numbers."
Common issues and solutions
Issue: Tracking information is missing
Solution: If an order shows as shipped but no tracking information appears, the shipment may be too recent and tracking hasn't been updated yet. Check back in 24 hours. If still missing, reach out to the brand to see if they have your tracking number.
Issue: Can't find the right invoice
Solution: Use the search filters at the left side of the screen to narrow down your results. You can search by order number, customer name, or date range to find the specific invoice you need.
Issue: Multiple tracking numbers for one order
Solution: Large orders may ship in multiple packages with different tracking numbers. Each tracking number will be listed in the tracking column. For complete tracking details, click on the invoice number to view the full invoice information.
