How do I change my address in RepSpark?
For your RepSpark user profile address: You can update this yourself by navigating to:
- Click the user silhouette icon
- Select "Edit Profile"
- Update your "Store Address"
- Save changes
For billing or shipping addresses: These addresses are managed by the brand and cannot be changed directly in RepSpark. You'll need to contact the brand or your sales representative to update this information.
Why can't I change my billing/shipping address in RepSpark?
RepSpark pulls billing and shipping address information directly from the brands' customer profile systems. This ensures consistency between the brand's records and your RepSpark account. Any changes must be made through the brand's system first.
I need to update my billing/shipping address but don't have my sales rep's contact information. What should I do?
No problem! Please provide us with the brand name, and we'll help you get the appropriate contact information for your sales representative or brand contact.
What's the difference between my profile address and billing/shipping addresses?
- Profile Address: Your general RepSpark account address that you can edit yourself
- Billing/Shipping Addresses: Official addresses used for orders and billing, managed by the brand and synced to RepSpark
How long does it take for billing/shipping address changes to appear in RepSpark?
Once the brand updates your information in their system, the changes typically sync to RepSpark within their next data update cycle. Contact the brand directly for specific timing on when changes will be reflected.
