Why can't I change my billing/shipping address in RepSpark? RepSpark pulls billing and shipping address information directly from the brands' customer profile systems. This ensures consistency between the brand's records and your RepSpark account. Any changes must be made through the brand's system first, then sync to RepSpark.

Follow these simple steps to update your store address:

Step 1: Log Into RepSpark

Visit https://app.repspark.com and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Access Your Profile Settings

  • Look for the user silhouette icon in the top right corner of your screen
  • Click the icon to open the dropdown menu
  • Select "Edit Profile" from the dropdown

  • Scroll down to find the "Store Address" section
  • Fill in or edit your complete store address information
  • Save your changes when finished

What's the difference between my profile address and billing/shipping addresses?

  • Profile Address: Your general RepSpark account address that you can edit yourself
