How long is a PDF download link valid?
PDF download links expire based on the type of PDF:
- 30 minutes for general PDF downloads
- 30 days for order confirmation PDFs, invoice PDFs, and payment receipt PDFs sent via email
Why do some PDF links expire after 30 minutes?
Most general PDF downloads use secure temporary links. For security reasons, those links expire 30 minutes after they are generated.
Why do some PDF links expire after 30 days?
Order confirmation PDFs, invoice PDFs, and payment receipt PDFs sent via email remain available longer and expire after 30 days.
Why is my PDF download link no longer working?
Your link may have expired based on the type of PDF:
- If it was a general PDF download, the link may have expired after 30 minutes
- If it was an order confirmation, invoice, or payment receipt PDF sent by email, the link may have expired after 30 days
Can I still access the PDF if the email link has expired?
Yes. If the email link has expired, you may still be able to access the PDF directly from the RepSpark site through either of these areas:
- My Orders
- Order Status/Invoices
How can I tell which expiration window applies?
The expiration depends on how the PDF was delivered:
- General PDF download: expires after 30 minutes
- Order confirmation, invoice, or payment receipt sent by email: expires after 30 days
What should I do if my link has expired?
If your link has expired, first try accessing the PDF from the RepSpark site through My Orders or Order Status/Invoices. If you still need help, please contact support.
