Catalog Multidate Ordering: Adding units and pricing to multidate board

When creating Multidate Orders from Catalogs or Wishlists, you now can have additional information like Units and Pricing available within the boards. This only works if pricing and units were added when adding the styles through the catalog or when moving to the Multidate Boards from an Order.

Under each product in the board with have multiple tagged information regarding the product.  If the user wants to see total retail, and/or wholesale, they will need to click the tag to add that level of detail.
