Why Can’t I Create Orders but Can View a Brand’s Products Page?
Why is this happening?
If you can see a brand’s products page but can’t create an order, it usually means your customer profile roles are not fully set up yet.
This can happen in a few situations:

As a customer: You were just approved to join a brand’s RepSpark site but your roles haven’t been assigned.

As a customer: You haven’t contacted the brand yet to confirm your profile roles and customer code.

As a brand admin: You haven’t set up the user’s roles under Manage Users.
How to Fix This
For Customers

Contact the brand directly to confirm your profile roles are set up.

If you’re unsure how to contact the brand:

Go to the RepSpark Community page.

Find the brand’s tile.

Click the ellipsis (⋮) menu.

This will open the brand’s Contact Panel, where their contact details are displayed.

* If no contact information is shown, reach out to your assigned sales representative to set up your roles.
For Brand Admins

Go to Manage Users.

Locate the customer.
-
Edit their profile and assign the correct roles (Customer and Order Entry) so they can place orders.
