What is the difference between draft, submitted and valid status in My Orders?
Order Status
1. Draft Status- In draft status, the order hasn't been submitted yet. You can still make edits and changes to orders in this status.
2. Submitted- In submitted status, the order has been placed. All edits will need to go through the sales representative or customer service representative at corporate.
2. Sent Status- In sent status, the order has been submitted from RepSpark to the company's ERP system. All edits will need to go through the sales representative or customer service representative at corporate.
3. Valid Status- In valid status, the order has been submitted to the company's ERP and confirmed back as received and valid. All edits will need to go through the sales representative or customer service representative at corporate.
