Exciting News!  New Reports 


1.  Book/Ship/Cancel/Return Analysis

Please note: This report is available for testing on our production environment for managers and admin only. Once you approve, it's a simple flip of a switch and these reports can be live for all of your users. 

Use this report to view open, shipped, canceled and returned dollars for one customer or all customers. To view what you would like to compare to booked dollars, select the status you want to see in the left-hand column


2.  UPC Report

Please note: This report is available for testing on your production environment for managers and admin only. Once you approve, it's a simple flip of the switch, and these reports can be live for all of your users. If you do not have UPC codes in your implementation, this report will not be available. 

Use this report to generate UPC codes to export to excel or email directly to a customer. Use the filters on the left to narrow your search. Or, you can also enter in the product IDs numbers. 


Other New Enhancements to Note:

Enhancement:  We have moved the color column next to the product number column in List View. (Most requested change from new UI release)

Enhancement: PDF generation up to 5 times faster.

Enhancement: Over-ride browser Ctrl-P functionality throughout the site.  This eliminates the possibility for users to print from their browser where there is no certainty the page will print as designed.  An instruction on how to properly print from the screen will now pop up.


Enhancement: Sticky table headers have been added for the following components:

  • Customer picker
  • Products list view
  • My Orders
  • Order Status/Invoice

Enhancement: The Live Chat icon has been moved to the bottom left of the screen.

Fixed Bugs

  1. [Bug]  Product images that already existed and were overwritten were still showing the old images on the site. This problem did not affect new product images.  The cache override has been fixed.
