Please us the sheets below to populate you RepSpark site. Each sheet is populated with a couple lines of sample data., and all required columns are highlighted. You can remove the sample line as you fill in the data. You can choose to remove or keep the highlights. *Please make sure to name the files exactly like the attached when you drop the files back in.
You will need to have the following:
1. Customers-Use this file to populate each customer and their details. Required
2. Product- Use this file to populate each product and its details. Required
3. Options- Use this file to include descriptions for all codes. This sheet links all of the code data to the description data. For example, if your color code on the products sheet is BLK but that link to Black, you will use the options file to link and to display that. Required
4. Sizings- Use this file to populate the product available size runs. This needs to be filled out even if you just have O/S product or one size run. Required
5. Inventories- Use this file to populate the product available size runs. Not Required
Please go to each section for a detailed user guide on each.
